Frequently Asked Questions

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?

Don’t stress about being perfect. The best photos usually happen when you’re relaxed, having fun, and enjoying the moment. Session length depends on the type of shoot and package you choose, but most sessions are around 45–90 minutes. We’ll guide you throughout the session with simple direction and prompts so everything feels natural and relaxed.


How will I receive my photos?

Your edited images will be delivered through a private online gallery where you can easily view, download, and share your favorites.

How long does it take to get our photos?

Turnaround time can vary depending on the type of session and season. Your estimated delivery time will be provided when you book. We do not deliver RAW or unedited images. Every final photo is carefully selected and edited to reflect the quality and style of Hernandez Visuals.

Can you recommend any good locations?

Absolutely. We can recommend locations based on the look and feel you want, whether that’s outdoors, romantic, professional, or something completely unique to you. Bring anything you may need for touch-ups, comfortable shoes if we’ll be walking, water for outdoor sessions, and any accessories or outfit changes you plan to use.

Should we match our outfits?

Coordinating usually photographs better than perfectly matching. Choose colors and textures that complement each other while still letting everyone feel like themselves.Choose outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable. Neutral tones, earth tones, and coordinating colors usually photograph beautifully. Try to avoid large logos, busy patterns, or anything that may distract from you.

We create a variety of video content, including promotional videos, social media reels, event coverage, interviews, and cinematic storytelling.
